Week Day Group Training
Group Classes are Monday Through Thursday. All group training classes are 1hr and 30 minutes. Our group training sessions focus on shooting, moves to the basket, Ball-handling, footwork, conditioning, how to move without the ball, competitive game play and more. Our trainers will provide each training group with a positive and inspiring environment to evolve the athletes fundamentals and skills. Each player will be held accountable to achieve their maximum potential on the court. Players will go through a series of intense drills from experienced coaches and trainers during our group training. Upon arrival our coaching staff will separate players according to their age and skill level.
